• You may return most parts for full credit.
• To receive full credit, the part(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Electrical parts may be returned provided that they have not been installed (this is a standard policy within the appliance parts industry).
• If we do not stock a part, we can special-order it for you, but we are limited in our ability to give you a full credit (because many of our manufacturers or distributors do not allow us to return these parts to them).
• Shipping costs are not normally reimbursed unless it is a mistake on our end.
• We do not issue call tags, if you have a part which needs to be returned, you will need to take this to the post office and mail it back.

• For missing or broken parts contact Hunter Fans® (1 888) 830 1326 directly to get the parts sent out.
• For warranty repairs call Hunter Fans® (1 888) 830 1326 and take it to an authorized Hunter Fans® service center near you, or return it to Hunter Fans® directly.

• To return an unused KitchenAid Mixer then contact us for a return authorization code.
• For missing or broken parts contact KitchenAid on (1 800) 541 6390 for replacement parts to be sent out.
• For repairs under warranty contact KitchenAid (1 800) 541 6390 there may be an authorized KitchenAid Mixer repair center in your area, if not you maybe responsible for shipping costs to return the mixer to KitchenAid.

• To return an unused KitchenAid disposal unit contact us for a return authorization code.
• For missing or broken parts contact KitchenAid on (1 800) 422 1230 for replacement parts to be sent out.
• For warranty repairs contact KitchenAid (1 800) 422 1230 this is an in home warranty repair, and KitchenAid will send someone out to repair or replace your unit.

Hunter ceiling fans ® have a LIFETIME WARRANTY (most other fan company warranties are “limited” and only cover the motor parts for the stated life of the warranty. For example, a 20-year warranty will cover the motor parts for 20 years.
